A little disappointed. Went to get my nails done yesterday. Had a broken nail and asked how it would be fixed. I was told the hard gel would be more than enough. Not even 24hrs the nail is still broken and shows through the polish. I was hoping the reviews I read weren’t right. Very inconvenient to have to go back to get the nail fix . This is why I specifically asked how it would be fix and would it crack again.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon due to the customer service, not because of the quality of my nails. When I arrived, no one greeted me. I asked for my nail technician, and she did an excellent job. I was very happy with my nails and had absolutely no complaints about her work. Unfortunately, the owner made the experience uncomfortable. She repeatedly hovered over my nail technician throughout my appointment, making it seem as though she didn’t trust her work or that there was an issue with my service when there wasn’t. She also corrected and spoke to the nail technician in front of me, which I found very unprofessional and embarrassing for her. The biggest issue came at checkout. The owner questioned the price I was paying, even though I was charged the amount I had originally been quoted. There is no visible price list or service menu in the salon, and every technician seems to quote a different price for the exact same service. As a returning customer who gets the same set each time, I don’t think it’s fair to have inconsistent pricing or be made to feel like I did something wrong for paying the price I was given. My nail technician was talented and professional, but the management’s attitude and lack of pricing transparency made the overall experience unpleasant. I hope the salon improves its professionalism, treats its employees with more respect, and provides customers with clear, consistent pricing.
